Working at Faber Homes
Faber Homes has been a member of the Rochester community for over 30 years, building beautiful, semi-custom homes throughout the area for thousands of clients. Our clients carefully select us to build their dream home, the home they will raise a family or retire in, and we take this privilege to heart – and we expect all of our employees to do the same.

We are a small, family-owned company, so each individual matters and is extremely important. We expect each individual team member to be a self-starter, and provide solutions. One of our mottos is: “never present a problem, without a solution.”
