Just prior to closing, we will go through your home with our construction supervisor and our warranty service coordinator. Even after closing, our warranty department will walk-through your home again three more times (30 days, 6 months, and 12 months after your closing on your new Faber Home) to ensure that we have built a quality home for your family to enjoy for years to come. In addition, you will receive 24/7 contact information for an emergency or to address any questions or concerns you have.
