Bernie Iacovangelo
President & Co-Founder

Bernie is the co-founder and President of Faber Homes and its family of businesses. He oversees each company and assists each department with their daily operations. From the excavation of a new home’s basement to marketing and advertising, Bernie has his hand in it all. A graduate of the Aquinas Institute, St. John Fisher College and Stetson University College of Law, he is also extremely active within the Chili community and the greater Rochester area. A born leader he is also a member, and past president, of the Rochester Homebuilders Association’s Board of Directors and the Monroe County Airport Authority.

When he’s not at a community function or at the office, Bernie can usually be found on a soccer field coaching one of his many teams. He’s very involved with the Flower City Soccer League and the Aquinas Institute’s varsity boy’s team.

Bernie lives in Chili with his wife, Patti, and their three children, Frank, Annamaria and Patsy.






Bill Arieno
Sales and Marketing

Bill is the Director of Sales for Faber Homes and has been with the company since 1985. Bill began his career with Faber as a sales associate at Pumpkin Hill Townhomes in Chili and later became sales manager of Wellington in Chili. Since then he has managed the sales at Town Pump Crossing, Autumn Wood, Chestnut Hill, Hampden Heights, Ashbrook, Longleaf, Sutters Crossing, Park Place and Berkshire Park. Bill finds his job extremely rewarding, as he has the opportunity to assist customers with one of the most exciting times in their lives.

Bill lives in Wellington, a Faber Community in Chili, with his wife Gina and their three children: Danielle, Dominic and Paige.






Jamie Buss
Sales and Marketing 

Jamie is the Marketing Director for Faber Homes and has been with the company since February 2009. She is in charge of all aspects of marketing and advertising for Faber Homes, the Claridge Design Centre and Blueberry Hill Apartments. Jamie designs the companies’ promotional materials for use in print and online, as well as for use in email marketing and social media outlets. It is Jamie’s job to ensure the Faber Homes family of products is visible in its best light to current and prospective homebuyers.

Jamie lives in Irondequoit with her husband Mike and their two children, Tyler and Ella. In her free time Jamie enjoys watching sports, but especially follows the Syracuse Orange and New York Yankees. She also enjoys entertaining, crafts, fantasy baseball and camping.





Anthony Tata
Sales and Marketing 

Anthony is a Senior Sales Professional for Faber Homes and has spent the last nine years with the company. Based at our Park Place model, Anthony assists buyers looking to build a home in our Chili community. It is his job to walk potential homeowners through the home-buying process making sure they understand all the benefits to building and owning a Faber home. From sign to close and everything in between, Anthony is with them each step of the way.

In his free time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and his two sons, Marco and Anthony. He also enjoys playing soccer and is a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Boston Bruins.





Don Cariola
Sales and Marketing 

Don is a Senior Sales Professional for Faber Homes and is in charge of our Berkshire Park sales office in Henrietta. He has been with the company for the last eight years. When a potential homeowner comes through the door, Don’s job is to guide them through the process of building a new home and assist them with the construction, design and implementation of their new residence.

When he’s not selling homes for Faber, Don enjoys time at home with his wife, Elena, and daughters, Mia and Sophia. Don breathes Dallas Cowboys silver and blue and is also a fan of the Boston Bruins.

 
Donald Fanale
Production

Don is the Site Superintendent for Faber Homes and has been with the company for 20 years. He supervises the construction of all new home builds to ensure a quality product is being delivered.

Don lives with his wife, Gail, and has two children, Andrea and Anthony, who both live in Charlotte, N.C. He also has two grandchildren, Max and Sydney.






Shana Lasher
Production

Shana is a Production Coordinator with Faber Homes. She has over 20 years residential construction experience, the last 12 with Faber. Shana was one of the first NAHB Certified Graduate Builders and Certified Green Professionals in New York State and one of the first women nationwide to do so. At Faber she works on everything from land development to closings, including plan engineering, estimating, overseeing purchase and work orders, code review, performing pre-construction meetings, field inspections, customer service, and anything else that needs to be done.

Away from Faber, Shana and her son, Paul, live in Henrietta in a Faber Homes community. She can usually be found at her son’s baseball games, fishing and at an occasional Red Wings game.



Jeremy Smith
Production

Jeremy is Faber Homes Production Coordinator and has been with Faber since May 2002. His job is to oversee the production of construction drawings, as well as design & development of new plan designs. Jeremy is also in charge of product research and implementation, contractor negotiation and sales support.

Jeremy lives in the city of Rochester’s North Winton neighborhood with his wife and son. He grew up in Macedon and is a graduate of Alfred State College.






Annamaria Iacovangelo
Production

Annamaria has been working at Faber Homes for one year and is the Production Administrative Assistant. Her job includes processing new sales contracts from the sales office, issuing work and purchase orders. She also sets up new homeowners with their Faber Homes website accounts.

Annamaria enjoys cheerleading when she isn’t working at Faber. She is an all-star cheerleader with Northeast Elite.





Sandy Meyers
Human Resources

Sandy wears multiple hats within the Faber Homes family. She currently serves as the staff accountant for Blueberry Hill Apartments, making sure the community’s finances are in order and is also in charge of Human Resources for the Faber Group. Sandy has been with Faber Homes for six years. In her free time, Sandy likes to hike and travel with her husband, Rick.







Cheryl Yehl
Warranty Service

Cheryl is the Warranty Coordinator for Faber Homes. She handles new homeowner closing packages and inspections. She also coordinates the six- and 12-month inspections scheduled after closing. Cheryl is the point of contact if a new homeowner has an issue after they close on their home. She is in charge of submitting work orders, so the problems can be addressed. Cheryl has been with Faber Homes since 2002 and in Warranty Service since May of 2008.

Cheryl resides in Penfield and has two married sons and daughters-in-law, who also live in the area. She spends some of her time away from work as a volunteer docent at the Seneca Park Zoo.
